This deep exfoliation has been used to treat aging and sun-damaged skin, some types of acne and acne scarring, altered pigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, and stretch marks. Reiki

A non-invasive energy balancing technique originating in Japan that promotes a deep sense of calm and relaxation. It can help balance the body on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. Reiki is used to help heal a variety of problems such as anxiety, depression, sleep ailments, low self esteem, and moving through emotional issues. During your session, you remain fully clothed and relax on a massage table in a softly lit room with soothing music. The reiki practitioner uses a series of hand positions gently on or slightly above the body. After a session you can expect to feel anything from deep relaxation and pain relief to motivated and energized.  Each session is completely tailored to your needs and will include balancing of the body’s energy centers, or chakras, to promote overall well being.
