Community Massage Fund

The folks in our community that work the hardest for others are often the ones who struggle to take care of themselves, and we would like to help fill their self-care cup. Your donation to our Pay It Forward Fund will go towards an outstanding, giving member of our community (teacher, healthcare or social worker, organizer, thinker, public safety person, dreamer, veteran, service person, single parent, etc) who is in need of a little R&R recharge.

1) Birch Body Care will match your gift dollar for dollar, helping an hour massage become a reality for its recipient.

2) Each time the fund reaches the cost for an hour massage + gratuity, we will randomly choose a recipient from our list of names. How do we get that list of names, you ask? You can nominate someone specific with your donation or you can email us at birchbodycare@gmail.com to nominate someone. You do not need to donate in order to nominate someone. We would love to hear about why you are nominating that person though, so please tell us!

You can donate to our Community Massage Fund over the phone, in person, or by purchasing an online gift card with a note of "community massage fund" and recipient email of birchbodycare@gmail.com

Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please give us at least 24 hours advance notice to change or cancel your appointment. If you give us less than 24 hours notice and we are unable to fill your appointment slot with another session, we will need to charge you a 50% cancellation fee. If you are canceling because you are having cold or flu-like symptoms, the policy will be relaxed. We require a credit card at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
